5:00 p.m.: Before the Kurt Diemberger slide show, please join us for a Welcome Reception, sponsored by Black Diamond Equipment, in the Saucity Bar at the Westin Waterfront Hotel. Light refreshments, beer, and wine will be served.
7:00 p.m.: Kurt Diemberger Slideshow—Commonwealth Ballroom
Saturday March 3:
1:00-3:00 p.m.: MetroRock Climbing Gym. We will have a van available to take people from the hotels to the climbing gym and back. Pick up at 1:00 p.m. at the Westin and 1:10 p.m. at the Seaport. We will return folks back to their hotels by 3:15 p.m. Shuttle service is $25/person round trip (climbing at the gym is free of charge). You must sign up by emailing Sarah Garlick by Thursday, March 1. We need a minimum of 8 passengers signed up for the shuttle service to run.
