Officers are assumed to be Councilors/Directors for the entire term; in cases where they are not, they are also listed as a Councilor/Director. Some fractional terms are indicated by (*) before the person's name, while others are indicated by the actual dates served

Replacements of elected Councilors/Directors are appointed by the Board and assumed to serve until the end of the term. In cases of carryover appointments, they are noted as interim Directors. Officers who are not elected Directors serve as Directors ex-officio, but persons holding office created by the Board do not, although they are listed as Officers with the designation of Board appointment.

The Honorary President is a Director ex-officio and serves for life.
