UIAA Global Youth Summit Events For 2010

Recently, we highlighted just one expedition in the UIAA's Global Youth Summit series, a trip to Georgia's Mt. Kazbek, on the AAC blog, Inclined. The GYS events are a series of international summer climbing camps and other mountaineering events for young people (16-30) that promote environmental efforts, peace and cooperation between countries.
All youth are invited to apply for and attend these events, and we'd love to encourage young AAC members and climbers to participate. Here are a few of the upcoming events. Find full details and application instructions here.

July 10-17: Mt. Kazbek in Georgia
July 11-17: Ancient Salt Routes in Italy
July 23-25: Rock Climbing Festival in Kazakhstan
