This two part series begins on Friday with a Mountaineering Symposium with featured guests Peter Whittaker, Dave Hahn, Chad Peele & Seth Waterfall and a special guest introduction by Jim Whittaker who, in 1963, became the first American to summit Mt. Everest.

Punctuated with short films from the annual Mountainfilm in Telluride festival, these climbers will address Mountaineering Ethics in an open panel format, engaging the audience in an important conversation as even the most remote mountains in the world are becoming increasingly crowded.
