The Magic Show - Justen Sjong

In 2008, Tommy Caldwell and Justen Sjong completed the first ascent of El Cap's Magic Mushroom (VI 5.14a) considered to be the hardest big wall free route in the world. This slideshow is a behind-the-scenes, no-holds-barred account of the Caldwell-Sjong ascent and a glimpse into how a hard free climb gets done on the big stone. By Justen Sjong.
